PLANNING APPEALS

We understand how frustrating it is to receive a refusal of planning permission and wondering what to do next.  Whether it is a household or commercial proposal the appeal system is very similar.  

Many household appeals can be dealt with through the Government's householder appeal procedure, which can take as little as 10 weeks.

You must appeal against a household planning decision within 12 weeks of the date on the decision notice.

For commercial planning decisions you must appeal within 6 months of the date on the decision notice from your local planning authority.
