Case Study 2 - Springbank, Oldham

The main issues were the effect on the character and appearance of the host dwelling and the surrounding area.  The Planning Inspector considered the development to not have a significant, adverse impact on the visual amenity of the surrounding area and met the design principle of responding positively to its environment and site.
